1. Project Cancellations
- Initial Grace Period: You may cancel your web design project within 24 hours of making your initial payment for a full refund.
- Post-Commencement: Once project discovery, layout drafting, or design work has commenced (after the 24-hour window), the project cannot be canceled for a full refund.
2. Refund Guidelines
- Design Milestone Approvals: Our web design process relies on client feedback and milestone approvals. Once a layout design, wireframe, or final prototype is reviewed and approved by the client, that portion of the service is considered fully rendered and is non-refundable.
- Service Non-Delivery: In the highly unlikely event that we fail to deliver the agreed-upon web design project according to the milestones outlined in your invoice, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the incomplete portions of the project.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds due to a change of mind or shift in business direction after the design work is actively underway or completed.
3. Refund Processing and Timelines
- Method: All approved refunds will be credited exclusively back to the original payment method used during checkout via our payment gateway, Razorpay.
- Timeline: Once a refund is approved and initiated by us, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or card statement, subject to standard banking processing times.
